Who Watches the Watchers - s3e4

No, this episode wasn't written by Alan Moore, but we do get some Ray Wise! The Enterprise has to go see about a duck-blind studying a primitive race in a secret observation post that, oops, isn't so invisible all of a sudden. The Prime Directive gets blown the F up, and Picard isn't too happy about it. In fact, he almost turns into an angry god when they don't listen to Riker and Troi on a cosplay/dress-up mission. Jimmie invokes The Picard, in his name, we podcast.
